Refund Policy
Because our ebooks are digital files delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Download problems
If the file is defective, corrupted or inaccessible, email us within 14 days of purchase. Include the email used at checkout and your order details. We will first provide reasonable help or a replacement file; if we cannot resolve a valid problem, we will review the purchase for a refund.
Duplicate or unauthorized purchases
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged twice or a purchase was made without your authorization. Payment and refund processing may be handled through Gumroad.
Your legal rights
This policy does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
